You matter

Life is useless if there is no one who lives for it.”
For those people who insist on saying that: “Pain is temporary”, I’m sorry to say but I disagree. Pain is something that will make you a different version of yourself. It is something that will make you a much stronger or a much weaker person. It is something that will always remind you of who you were. Indeed, pain will always be a reminder of who you are and what you do. But no matter how vulnerable you are, no matter how tough you are—you are not, never, forgotten. There are a bunch of people who knows you by heart, who loves you in a clever way, who will be crushed to pieces to see you gone. Despite the thoughts of you being alone, of you having no one to run to—I’m telling you, you are never alone. Your smile is never taken for granted by everyone, your woes are heard by two or three and you exist in someone’s life. You matter. No matter how much you hate yourself; there is always someone who loves you unconditionally.
Your laughs, your cries, your butterflies on your stomach, your heartaches, your victory, and your defeat—are what makes you “you”. And you, as a person, are what make this world run. Without you, the world will revise its turns and everything will be changed. So, never ever belittle yourself, never think that you are unworthy because you are a part of this society who continually makes this world a living paradise.
You matter

A Past is a Dead Soul

“A Past is a Dead Soul. You are new—and you are in control.”

Christmas is a celebration of love in general. A highly-anticipated holiday every person in the world knew about regardless of their religion or beliefs. It is one of the perfect events to catch up with the people we care about, to cherish the moment we have. But, do we really need an specific time to finally move forward? Do we really need to be apprised to remember? Love is contagious but it is up to us when and how to let it in. If there’s one thing that acts as a barrier against genuine happiness it is grudge. Past memories are a huge factor that affects who we are today. But will you let grudge take over what’s store for you in the future?

You are better than before, you are way better than the hate in you. Who you were is indeed a part of you but it doesn’t define you as a whole. You can’t change who you were but you can lead who you will be—and that’s one of the greatest thing in life.

#StopMislabelling (Depression)

Last night, I’ve came across a Face book post that tackles about how people use terms of mental illnesses as an adjective. (See the post I’m referring to by clicking here) There are wide varieties of mental illness both known today and stated at that post, but I will focus more about Depression since that is the things I can relate to.

Depression is a thing—an illness. Admit it or not, most people thought that depression is the same thing as worrying and/or over-thinking which is absolutely wrong. Depression as I’ve said is an illness same as when you got a high fever. It should be treated fairly and not be ignored or worse underestimated. Depression is honestly cannot be easily defined specifically & scientifically. But then, depression is beyond sadness and a feeling of emptiness and if you asked those persons who personally suffers depression, there is a huge possibility that they, themselves, doesn’t know how to explain or rather understand the cause of their pain. Some depression are caused by traumatic experiences and some just happened to be present; but regardless of those, they are both depression and it causes destruction on people who suffers.

I lost. I lost you. People around us thought that ’twas the saddest thing that happened to me, but
I lost. I lost myself. People around us never thought that ’twas the most chaotic thing that happened to me.
As I walked through the last gallery of this museum, I found one waiting soul—waiting to be refreshed & be regained. I found myself.

(I relate this to a photo I took found on my IG: psmaro)
